Pacific Ocean (Oct. 28, 2003) -- Flight deck personnel perform final safety inspections prior to launching an F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Stingers" of Strike Fighter Squadron One One Three (VFA-113) on the flight deck aboard USS John C.
