At sea aboard USS Carl Vinson  (Oct. 2, 2002) --  An F/A-18C Hornet from the "Mighty Shrikes" of Strike Fighter Squadron Nine Four (VFA-94) is the first aircraft to land aboard USS Carl Vinson's flight deck since completing a scheduled maintenance up-keep.  The Vinson is currently underway off the west  coast conducting training in preparation for their next regularly scheduled deployment.   U.S. Navy Photo by Photographer's Mate 3rd Class Inez Lawson.  (RELEASED)
