Pacific Ocean (Aug. 27, 2004) -- An F/A-18C Hornet attached to the "Fist of the Fleet" of Strike Fighter Squadron Two Five (VFA-25) launches from one of four steam driven catapults aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Stennis and Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW-14) are currently at sea participating in Exercise Northern Edge while on a schedule deployment.  Northern Edge is Alaska's largest annual joint military exercise.
