Atlantic Ocean (Sept. 9, 2004) -- An F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Golden Warriors" of Strike Fighter Squadron Eight Seven (VFA-87) crosses the ramp for an arrested recovery aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Truman and embarked Carrier Air Wing Eight (CVW-8) are currently participating in Carrier Qualifications off the East Coast of the United States in preparation for a scheduled deployment.
