Andaman Sea (Jan. 13, 2005) -- An F/A-18C Hornet, assigned to the "Vigilantes" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Five One (VFA-151), prepares for an arrested landing aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Flight operations are being conducted to keep the pilots and aircrew assigned to Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) qualified while Abraham Lincoln is conducting humanitarian aid missions on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. Helicopters assigned to CVW-2 and Sailors from Abraham Lincoln are supporting Operation Unified Assistance, the humanitarian operation effort in the wake of the Tsunami that struck South East Asia.
