Persian Gulf (Jan. 11, 2005) -- Smoke is emitted as an F/A-18A+ Hornet,
assigned to the "Silver Eagles" of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron One
One Five (VMFA-115), makes a successful arrested recovery on the flight
deck aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The Nimitz-class aircraft
carrier and her embarked Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) are providing
close air support and conducting intelligence, surveillance and
reconnaissance (ISR) missions over Iraq. The Truman Carrier Strike
Group is on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the Global
