PACIFIC OCEAN (October 27, 2007) -- An F/A-18E Super Hornet from "Kestrels" Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 137 is launched off Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Lincoln and embarked Carrier Air Wing 2 are underway off the coast of Southern California participating in Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), an exercise aimed at enhancing the interoperability between Lincoln and its Strike Group.
