The Arabian Gulf (Mar. 23, 2003) -- An F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to
the ÒEaglesÓ of Strike Fighter Squadron One Fifteen
(VFA-115) launches from the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS
Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) with multiple fuel tanks so it can perform
mid-air refueling. The Lincoln and Carrier Air Wing Fourteen
(CVW-14) are conducting combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi
Freedom, the multi-national coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi
people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, and end the
