Pacific Ocean (Nov. 28, 2005) -- An Aviation Boatswain's Mate signals to air department personnel to ensure that an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the "Diamondbacks" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Zero Two (VFA-102), is safe to launch aboard the conventionally powered aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63).
