Pacific Ocean (June 23, 2006) -- An F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the "Death Rattlers" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Five Four (VFA-154) sits chained to the deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) following a day of flight operations. Stennis and embarked Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9) are currently underway conducting Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) off the coast of Southern California.
