PERSIAN GULF (July 20, 2007) -- Lt. Eric Walborn and Lt. Reynaldo Stanley give the signal to launch an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the ÒBlack AcesÓ of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 41, from nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz Strike Group and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11 are deployed in the 5th Fleet area of operations conducting maritime operations and supporting the global war on terrorism.
