Heath A. Oelmann, a topside petty officer from Ackley, IA, gives a
final check while loading a C-2A Greyhound assigned to the
"Rawhides" of Carrier Logistics Support Squadron Four Zero (VRC-40)
onto one of four steam catapults on the flight deck. Washington
