At sea aboard USS John C. Stennis (Feb. 2, 2002) -- Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class Micheal Tabingo from Sacramento, CA, conducts a routine inspection on a tail rotor section of an SH-60F Seahawk helicopter, in the ship hangar bay.  Petty Officer Tabingo is assigned to the "Eightballers" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Eight (HS-8).  John C.
