SAN DIEGO (July 22, 2008) -- An MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 flies over San Diego Bay after concluding terrain flight (TERF) training. TERF Flights are typically flown below 500 feet and are used for the insertion of SEALS or to recover "downed" pilots behind enemy lines.
