Central Command Area of Responsibility (Aug. 24, 2003) -- Aircrew
Survival Equipmentman 1st Class Matt Broderson, from Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, a member of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eleven,
Detachment One (EODMU-1, DET 1), drops out of an SH-60 Seahawk
helicopter assigned to the "Indians" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine
Warfare Squadron Six (HS-6), during a fast-roping drill on the flight
deck of USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz Carrier Strike Group and Carrier
Air Wing Eleven (CVW-11) are deployed in support of Operation Iraqi
