EXERCISE TANDEM THRUST 2001, SHOALWATER BAY TRAINING AREA, Australia  -- A US Navy HH-60H attached to Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Five (HCS-5), out of Point Hueneme, Calif., maneuvers over the Shoalwater Bay Training Area during flight operations in support of Exercise Tandem Thrust, a combined United States and Australian military training exercise. This biennial exercise is being held in the vicinity of Shoalwater Bay Training Area, Queensland, Australia.  More than 27,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines are participating, with Canadian units taking part as opposing forces.
