Pacific Ocean (Apr. 24, 2003) -- Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobil Unit
11 (EODMU 11/ Det 9) attached to USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) performs a
fastrope exercise from a SH-60H Seahawk from the "Eight Ballers"
of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Eight (HS-8). The Carl
Vinson strike force is participating in the military training exercise
Tandem Thrust '03 in the Marianas Island training area. The
exercise will focus on crisis action planning and execution of
