Pacific Ocean (Aug. 3, 2004) - Aviation Structural Mechanics assigned
to the "Warlords" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light Five One
(HSL-51), inspect rotors blades on SH-60H Seahawks prior to flight
operations aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Seahawks
can provide all-weather undersea warfare and anti-ship surveillance,
targeting, search-and-rescue and logistics operations. The Kitty Hawk
Strike Group is one of seven carrier strike groups (CSGs) involved in
Summer Pulse 2004 which is the deployment of seven carrier strike
groups (CSGs), demonstrating the ability of the Navy to provide
credible combat capability across the globe, in five theaters with
other U.S., allied, and coalition military forces. Summer Pulse is the
Navy's first deployment under its new Fleet Response Plan (FRP). U.S.
