An SH-60H Seahawk transfers supplies to the USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) during a replenishment-at-sea evolution on Aug. 6, 2004.  Summer Pulse '04 is a U.S. Navy exercise where seven aircraft carrier strike groups will learn new ways of operating, training, manning and maintaining their fleet.  This is part of the Navy's new Fleet Response Plan that will train the fleets to provide assistance in a national emergency or crisis.  DoD photo by Airman Jason D.
