Megan Truncer, a Landing Signal Enlisted (LSE) assigned to the "Dusty
Dogs" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Seven (HS-7), signals the
pilot of an SH-60F Seahawk that he is clear to lift away from the
flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman
(CVN 75). Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) is embarked aboard Truman and
is providing close air support and conducting intelligence,
surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions over Iraq. The Truman
Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the
