Camp Pendleton, Calif. (May 17,2005) - An MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two One (HSC-21) breaks right to avoid simulated ground fire during a training mission at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.   Strike Medical Technicians (SMTs) were participating in Exercise Desert Steam. Desert Steam is a training exercise to teach helicopter crews on how to receive and evacuate medical patients and enemy prisoners of war in a desert environment.
