Republic of the Philippines (Jul. 19, 2002) -- U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander Ken Durbin discusses the features of an SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Warlords” of Helicopter Antisubmarine Light Five One (HSL-51), to a group of Philippine aviators. 1,400 other Sailors, Marines, Soldiers, and Coast Guardsmen are in the Philippines for the annual exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2002.
