KADENA AIR BASE, Japan (AFPN)- A U.S. Navy SH-60 helicopter from the USS carrier Kitty Hawk "rescues" a memebr of the 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, during a water mass casualty training during Joint Air and Sea Exercise 2005 at White Beach Naval Station, Okinawa, Japan.  The 18th AES Airmen were part of an aircrew that "crashed" in the ocean. Air Force HH-60 helicopters from the 33rd Rescue Squadron here and Navy helicopters participated in the training. JASEX provides a unique opportunity for air and naval forces to work togetehr in a maritime environment, including training with U.S. carrier strike group and attached air wing.
