Gulf of Mexico (Sept. 8, 2005) -- U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Rex Kenyon of
Gainesville, Fl., assigned to the “Battle Cats” of
Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light Four Three (HSL-43), checks
the rotor head of an SH-60F Seahawk, assigned to the
“Wolfpack” of HSL-45 during a preflight inspection on the
flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S.
Truman (CVN 75). Various Navy helicopter squadrons from across the
country have been using Truman to conduct Hurricane Katrina relief
flights. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian
assistance operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency
