At sea aboard USS San Jacinto (CG 56) Nov. 2, 2002 -- Aviation
Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Matt C. Metzger, a Plane Captain assigned to
the "Vipers" of Light Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Four Eight
(HSL-48) Detachment Six, signals to shut down the Auxiliary Power Unit
(APU) on the SH-60B Sea Hawk Helicopter, on the fantail of the
guided missile destroyer. The ship is underway with the USS Harry
S. Truman (CVN 75) Battle Group for a Joint Task Force Exercise
