ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 17, 2009) -- A T-45 Goshawk training aircraft assigned to the "Tigers" of Training Squadron (VT) 9 attempts a touch and go during flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The training wing's primary mission is to safely train student naval aviators for the United States and other International navies in the air strike mission.
