Naval Air Station Meridian, Miss. (Apr. 9, 2004) -- Capt. Daniel Ouimette, Commodore, Training Air Wing One (TW-1), left, and Cmdr. Paul Shankland, right, Commanding Officer, Training Squadron Nine (VT-9), presents the last T-2C Buckeye to make a carrier arrested landing to Denis J. Kiey, Public Relations Director of the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation. The T-2C Buckeye is a tandem-seat, carrier-capable, all-purpose jet trainer with two turbojet engines and provisions for gun pods, bombs or rockets under it's wings.
