A United States Navy EA-6B Prowler with vortices emminating from the wingtips drops away from a KC-135R Stratotanker after refueling while flying a mission in support of NATO Operation Allied Force.   The EA-6B Electronic Jamming aircraft is being flown by Naval Reserve members of  VAQ-209 which is based at Naval Air Facility Washington, Md.    The KC-135R is assigned to Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England.  (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Greg L.
