Philippine Sea (Jun. 11, 2003) -- U.S. Navy Capt. Brian Neunaber, signals an EA-6B Prowler from the "Yellow Jackets" of Electronic Attack Squadron One Three Eight (VAQ-138) "go" for launch.  Capt. Neunaber is departing from USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) after completing tour as the aircraft carrier's Air Boss.
