Mediterranean Sea (Feb. 15, 2003) - An Aviation Boatswain's Mate signals an EA-6B Prowler assigned to the "Scouts" of Sea Control Squadron Two Four (VS-24) during preparations for launch aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71). The Scouts are a part of Carrier Air Wing Eight (CVW-8) embarked on board Theodore Roosevelt, which is conducting operations in the Mediterranean Sea.
