A U.S. Navy  EA-6B Prowler attached to Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 137 flies over an oil rig in the Persian Gulf on Jan. 23, 1998.  The Prowler is flying off of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73).  The Washington battle group is operating in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq.  DoD photo by Lt.
