The Arabian Gulf (Apr. 30, 2003) -- Airman Tyron Fedderman from
Detroit, Mich., assigned to the "Dragonfires" of Sea Control Squadron
Twenty Nine (VS-29) signals to the flight crew of an S-3B Viking
aircraft during start-up aboard USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The Nimitz
Carrier Strike Force and Carrier Air Wing Eleven (CVW-11) are currently
deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, the multi-national
coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons
of mass destruction, and end the regime of Saddam Hussein. U.S.
