At sea aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Jan. 27, 2003 -- An aircraft tow tractor moves an S-3B "Viking" assigned to the "Scouts" of Sea Control Squadron Two Four (VS-24) into position on the ship’s flight deck.
