Pacific Ocean (Aug. 16, 2001) -- An arresting wire falls away from an S-3B Viking's tail hook as it stops after landing aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CV 64). The S-3B Viking is assigned to the "Red Griffins" of Sea Control Squadron Three Eight (VS-38). Constellation and Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) are currently on their way home to San Diego, Calif. after completing a deployment in the Persian Gulf.
