Arabian Gulf (Oct. 5, 2004) - Two Sailors assigned to V-2 Division,
signal to the flight deck officer that an S-3B Viking assigned to the
"Diamond Cutters" of Sea Control Squadron Three Zero (VS-30), is ready
for the catapult to apply tension prior to launch aboard USS John F.
Kennedy (CV 67). Kennedy and embarked Carrier Air Wing Seventeen
(CVW-17) are currently on deployment in the 5th Fleet area of
responsibility (AOR) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). U.S.
