Caption:
Persian Gulf (Mar. 16, 2005) -- An S-3B Viking, assigned to the
"Checkmates" of Sea Control Squadron Two Two (VS-22), is given the okay
to launch from the flight deck aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75).
Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) is embarked aboard Truman are providing
close air support and conducting intelligence, surveillance and
reconnaissance over Iraq. The Truman Carrier Strike Group is on a
regularly scheduled deployment in support of the Global War on
