Persian Gulf (Nov. 28, 2005) -- A pilot assigned to the "Scouts" of Sea Control Squadron Two Four (VS-24), conducts preflight checks on his S-3B Viking prior to flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
