Oak Harbor, Wash. (Apr. 08, 2004) - Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 2nd Class John Mann, of San Diego, Calif., fast ropes out of a SH-3 Sea King helicopter. Petty Officer Mann is assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eleven (EODMU-11). The unit is conducting fast rope and rappelling exercises to help prepare the team for combat situations.
