10th mountain soldiers with the Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) conduct a mission in Gardez, Afghanistan, Sept. 9, 2003.  The Provincial Reconstruction Team is designed to start the process of rebuilding Afghanistan. The strategically located facility brings together Civil Affairs, Physiological operations and security element.  CJCMOTF is the command and control headquarters for the PRT.   PRT Gardez covers five provinces.  (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
