Patrick Dignan and Builder 3rd Class Peter Allen listen while
Construction Electrician 3rd Class Peter Johnson identifies engine
parts and their function. Seabees assigned to the Naval Mobile
Construction Battalion Two Three (NMCB-23) familiarize themselves with
Humvee operation as part of their mobilization training in Port
Hueneme, Calif., prior to driving the vehicle. The Seabees' goal is to
complete the course and get their Humvee license prior to deploying in
