Najaf, Iraq (March 30, 2005) - Members of 1st Battalion/198th armor maintain security of their HMMWV during a stop at an Iraqi Police checkpoint while conducting a "Presence Patrol" in the city of Najaf, Iraq.  the 1st/198th is part of the 155th Brigade Combat Team, Headquartered out of Tupelo, Mississippi and are forward deployed to central Iraq in support of OIF III.  U.S. Navy photo by Chief Photographer's Mate Edward Martens (RELEASED)
