Sergeant Christopher Toplin, the Motor Transport maintenance chief for 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), uses his helmet to secure a tow rig onto a Humvee during the MEU's Maritime Special Purpose Force Interoperability exercise June 15. The 22nd MEU's motor transport section was responsible for the maintenance of all vehicles used in the exercise.
