Camp Shelby, Miss. (May 3, 2006) -- Lt. j.g. Charles Roy, assigned to
Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seven Four (NMCB-74) takes a
defensive position with his weapon at the ready as his High-Mobility
Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle, commonly called a Humvee, punches through
an enemy ambush during convoy operations training. All NMCB chief petty
officers and commissioned officers participated in a week-long field
exercise (FEX) on base as part of the battalion's homeport training
