Bellows Air Force Station, Hawaii (July 22, 2006) - Marines from the Special Marines Air Ground Task Force Three load their equipment into an Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) after going ashore on Bellows Beach during an amphibious assault exercise from the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). The exercise was part of Rim Of The Pacific (RIMPAC) 2006. Eight nations are participating in RIMPAC, the world's largest biennial maritime exercise. Conducted in the waters off Hawaii, RIMPAC brings together military forces from Australia, Canada, Chile, Peru, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States.
