COTABATO, Philippines (May 30, 2008) -- Aircrew assigned to Helicopter Combat Squadron (HSC) 21 "Blackjacks" begin flight operations aboard the hospital ship USNS Mercy off the coast of Cotabato, Philippines during the commencement of Pacific Partnership 2008.
