COTABATO, Philippines (May 29, 2008) -- The Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) arrives at Cotabato, Philippines to begin its Pacific Partnership 2008 mission. This is a humanitarian mission aimed to build friendship and strengthen relationships between partner nations and host nations.
