PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (Jan. 20, 2010) -- Medical crew members from the
Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) receive a
patient from the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Comfort is
supporting Operation Unified Response, bringing advanced medical
capabilities in the form of a fully functioning 1,000-bed hospital and
one of the largest trauma facilities in the U.S. to the devastated
nation of Haiti in the aftermath of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake on Jan.
