SOUTH CHINA SEA (Aug. 2, 2009) -- The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) performs an underway replenishment with the guided-missile destroyer USS Chafee (DDG 90) during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2009.
