SOUTH CHINA SEA (Aug. 2, 2009) -- The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) prepares for an early-morning underway replenishment with the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2009.
