VLADIVOSTOK, Russia (July 1, 2007) -- Sailors aboard guided-missile
destroyer USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54) man the rails upon arriving in
Vladivostok next to a Russian surface combatant ship. Curtis Wilbur,
homeported in Yokosuka, Japan, and submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS
40), homeported in Apra Harbor, Guam, are in port to support the
longstanding U.S. commitment for peace and security in this vital
